     How do sedentary white-collar workers stay healthy? Here are some tips for health professionals who want to help a white-collar office worker:

1. Office women spend at least 30 minutes a day, for example, after an hour of work, they stand up and take an appropriate activity; take the bus and get off at two stops in advance when they are on the bus; when they are on television, they stand up and move around; of course, they can do it. It is better to take time out every week to participate in physical exercise.

2. Start yoga class as soon as possible; reduce salt intake; drink 2000ml of water every day; drink less water when eating; high heels 7cm is the limit; not more than 2 times a day and night every week; lying to the right is the healthiest.

3. Eat more vitamins; think positively; diet not too much; drink a little alcohol; protect eyesight; control weight.
